The House, In Brief
The House of Shaneela is a British House of Mythic Haute-Luxury rooted in Arabian heritage. Founded and led by SHANEELA, Maîtresse Parfumeur and Foundress of the House, it exists at the meeting point of perfumery, mythology, art, literature and technology.
The House treats fragrance as an art form and perfume as artefact. Fragrance, manuscript, flacon, ritual and provenance are conceived together as material expressions of an original Realm, rather than as separate elements placed around a conventional product.
The House calls this creative discipline Haute Realm-Making: the disciplined creation and sustaining of an original Realm at the level of high luxury, from which physical artefacts, sensory expressions, rituals, environments and controlled forms of access are generated.
The House of Shaneela is the originator and, to its knowledge, the only luxury House currently operating according to the complete discipline of Haute Realm-Making. By bringing ancient traditions, original mythology, art and technology into a single generative system, the House is driving the development of this emerging luxury territory, with the potential to disrupt established conventions across the high-luxury market. The Founding Act
An undisclosed number of artefacts have been created across five fragrance compositions.
Each fragrance has been hand-blended and presented in an individually chosen, hand-cut crystal flacon. The artefacts enter the world through placement by invitation with selected Custodians, while part of the Founding Collection remains within the House archive.
The Founding Collection is not offered for sale. Its crystal flacons, individual presentation and founding provenance will not be recreated in the same form.
The complete collection with its compositions, manuscripts and individual artefacts is held elsewhere within the House.

What is placed before the House has fully spoken its name to the world. It will not be summoned into the same form a second time.
The Golden Veil Accord
The Golden Veil Accord is the proprietary signature composition of The House of Shaneela, developed exclusively for use within the House's fragrances. This distinctive white-amber foundation imparts warmth, depth and permanence while creating a recognisable olfactory lineage across the House's creations.
The Accord is not a fragrance in itself, nor does it make each composition smell the same. It operates as a unifying signature, taking on a different expression within every fragrance while preserving the sensory identity of the House.
Carried across the House's fragrances, the Golden Veil Accord creates a material and sensory continuity through which the Realm becomes perceptible. It binds each scented artefact to the mythology, heritage and creative discipline of The House of Shaneela.
Where the manuscripts preserve the written record of the House, the Golden Veil Accord preserves its record in scent.
The Foundress

SHANEELA is a British luxury entrepreneur, fragrance expert, author and Foundress of The House of Shaneela. Her career spans luxury retail, fragrance, cultural research and private-client relationships, with client bases across London, Dubai and the wider GCC.
Her experience includes more than a decade within luxury fragrance and retail, including work within London's most luxurious department stores. She has been featured by Gulf News as an author and fragrance expert, contributing her knowledge of frankincense, Arabian fragrance traditions, hospitality and cultural memory.
Her writing has explored beauty, fashion, lifestyle and culture. She has also appeared within the fragrance industry as a moderator and commentator on luxury and international market strategy, and serves as a fragrance judge for the International Perfume Foundation, the Paris-based body dedicated to the preservation of perfume heritage and natural perfumery education.
Through The House of Shaneela, she brings together fragrance, mythology, art, ancient traditions and contemporary innovation within the discipline of Haute Realm-Making. As Maîtresse Parfumeur, she leads the House's olfactory direction and composes each fragrance as a scented artefact, united by the proprietary Golden Veil Accord. As Foundress, she governs the creative doctrine, mythology and artistic language of the House.

The House of Shaneela is currently preparing the first placements from its Founding Collection.
The recipients are selected for their relationship to art, culture, preservation, ideas and private worlds of influence. They are not selected for the expectation of publicity or endorsement.
No recipient is required to speak of what has been placed with them.
