Within the House, not all knowledge is carried in words. Some is entrusted to matter — held within vessels, drawn from resins, and sealed within oils that have travelled across distance, exchange, and time. The Chamber of Artefacts gathers these presences: instruments of perfumery, materials of origin, and objects through which the unseen is made tangible.
What appears here is not simply shown, but carefully brought into view. Through the hand of the Empress, each piece is shaped with intention — allowing texture, substance, and light to preserve what cannot be spoken, yet must not be lost. These are not only objects, but acts of continuation.
